  • 3 to 5 years of experience in management and intervention in the community environment;
  • Good team spirit and interest in co-creation;
  • A great ability to write and popularize;
  • A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community development, organizational management, cultural animation, human resources management, labor relations, administration, social work or other relevant education;
  • Mastery of information technologies, the Microsoft Office suite and ease with collaboration tools;
  • Ability to work with simultaneous mandates and tight deadlines;
  • A valid driver’s license.

Main responsibilities OF THE POSITION:
With a view to popular education, strengthening the skills and capacities of individuals and groups, the person will have to design and lead training, intervention and support initiatives. Able to listen well and support individuals and groups in their journey and their search for solutions, she will join a team that emphasizes autonomy, mutual aid and the co-construction of projects that are both innovative and structuring .

  • Listen carefully, analyze and evaluate training and support requests from organizations and propose an appropriate approach;
  • Develop service offerings that respond appropriately to the requests made;
  • Support organizations with an attitude that facilitates the emergence of collective intelligence;
  • Participate in the analysis of the current situation and participate in the development, reflection and positioning of the mission of the CSP;
  • Drafting and writing intervention reports, orientation plans and action plans;
  • Participate in the co-construction of projects and the production of activity and project reports;
  • Participate in team life, various administrative tasks and internal committees.

Working conditions

  • Permanent position: flexibility between 21 and 35 hours a week;
  • Salary according to the current salary scale;
  • Union position with all the benefits: group insurance, pension plan, etc.;
  • Evening and weekend availability, as well as occasional Quebec travel.
