The dates of the philo baccalaureate 2022
This year’s Baccalaureate Philosophy test is the Wednesday 15 June. It takes four hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. These date and times are the same for the General Baccalaureate and for the Technology Baccalaureate, for 2022.
The Coefficients of the Baccalaureate Philosophy Test
Important test that used to open hostilities, philosophy represents a coefficient 8 in the general series.

Dates of Baccalaureate Remedial Orals
The remedial orals will take place this year from Wednesday 6 to Friday 8 July.
Candidates for the baccalaureate re-examinations are those who have obtained a grade below 10/20 and above or equal to 8/20. You have to choose two courses. In philosophy, you will be asked about a work studied in class. You must comment on an excerpt chosen by the examiner.
The tests last forty minutes, consisting of twenty minutes of preparation and twenty minutes of presentation (including ten minutes of questions by the examiner). If they are higher, the marks of the remedial orals will replace those of the writings in the two selected subjects. If the new average thus obtained is higher than 10/20, the Holy Grail is yours!
Dates of the Baccalaureate Replacement Tests
For students in the general and technical schools, the replacement written tests take place on Wednesday 7 September (philosophy in the morning, the expected French test in the afternoon), Thursday September 8 and Friday September 9 and Monday September 12 (special tests for these three dates).
